The accommodation is located on the ground with only 1 step to get into the main residential building.

There are 2x single new beds and super comfortable mattresses in the main bedroom,  sofa bed  , dining table with 4x chairs, open plan dining and living room, fully equipped kitchen with all that you need to cook a meal for you and your family/ group, washer/ dryer, smart TV, WiFi.
The bathroom has a bathtub and shower over it with hot water .
This is a peaceful property and any parties, events, smoking, drug use or visitors are not permitted at any time.

Communal gardens, parking available in front of the building. 1x permit provided for 1x car. Free of charge parking.
Ground floor apartment.

Other things to note
Extras: Travel baby cot 120cm length with very comfortable mattress can be provided for £7/ night . Please request in advance .

We do not allow parties , events, visitors or smoking at any time.

We also require ID for the main guest and £200 security deposit 

Parking is free for 1x car , permit provided .
