This is a peaceful property and any parties, events, smoking, drug use or visitors are not permitted at any time.

Extras: Travel baby cot 120cm length with very comfortable mattress can be provided for £7/ night . Please request in advance .

We do not allow parties , events, visitors or smoking at any time.

We also require ID for the main guest and  £200 security deposit at the time of booking or 21- 14 days before arrival .
